Bret Tesman is the co-founder of Blue Punch Media. Bret oversees agency public relations and integrated marketing initiatives. His primary experience lies in the consumer, business-to-business, and corporate arenas, managing programs for some of the most notable and emerging businesses within the lifestyle, hospitality, entertainment, media, sports, technology and financial services industries.
Bret has created and executed campaigns for global corporations, legal and higher education sectors, leading restaurants and hotels, professional athletes, music artists, media and entertainment companies, financial services firms, luxury brands, cultural institutions, not-for-profit organizations and many more.
Bret is also a well-known marketing communications professor who holds a tenure position at the Fashion Institute of Technology in its Marketing Communications Department. Bret has taught public relations courses at New York University, Fordham University, Baruch College, and many others, from undergraduate to executive-level courses.
Before launching Blue Punch Media, Bret worked at Interpublic Group agencies, Rogers & Cowan and Weber Shandwick as well as other notable agencies and in-house marketing and communication departments. Bret holds a masters degree from New York University in mass communication as well as a bachelors degree in marketing.
Jean Cohen offers a 360-degree strategic view of integrated branding and marketing strategies that encompass online media, trade publications, social channels, email outreach, AI deployment and web-based campaigns. Reflecting years of writing experience for both web and print media, Jean is adept at aligning marketing strategies with keyword-focused, targeted content to communicate effectively, while achieving maximum SEO results.
Jean leverages senior corporate agency experience at Rubenstein Associates, Ogilvy and J. Walter Thompson where she handled diverse clients such as DeBeers, AT&T, General Motors, Pepsi Sports Marketing, Proctor & Gamble Broadcasting, Hofstra University and Ritz-Carlton Hotels. In the course of her expansive career, Jean has built competencies across industry categories including technology, medicine, financial and legal services, education, arts and entertainment, retail, fashion and hospitality.
Jean is a graduate of Tufts University and holds a master’s degree from Brown University. She divides her time between New York and South Florida.
